Sunday 20 – Ride to Glendale for lunch. Meet at Iron Skillet off the 15 freeway by the speedway. Meet at 8:30 kickstands up at 9.

Sunday 6 – Full Moon Ride – Meet at the Chevron by the Silverton and ride to The Pioneer. Meet at 6:30, kickstands up at 7pm.

Here is what we have coming up this week.

Wednesday – Sunday 25-29 - Laughlin River Run, Laughlin NV – This is the largest motorcycle Rally in the southwest and it is only 90 miles away. They have it all music, vendors, food and more. for more information go to laughlinriverrun.com

Friday 27 - Star Laughlin Breakfast – Aquaris Hotel Casino Laughlin Nevada – This will be the 16th annual Star Laughlin Breakfast it is a great chance to see old friends and make some new ones.You must preregister for this event you can do so by going through the national site and the rides and rallies page.  Breakfast starts at 8:30 am. We will meet at Paradise Shell 500 Conestoga Way, Henderson NV 89002 at 6:30am kick stands up at 6:45 am.

There will be no chapter ride the end of April due to the Laughlin River Run.

Coming up this Week 4/9

Saturday 14 – IBEW 357 MC 4th Annual Poker Run – Registration from 8-10am. The day will begin at the The Union Hall, 808 N. Lamb Blvd with bikers drawing their first hand, and ending up at a nice establishment with drinking and eating, a live band, and plenty of prizes to give away. Min $250 for high hand, $100 for low hand. Cost of registration unknown.

Saturday 14 – Tame America Ride – The ride will begin the morning of April 13th at our State Capitol building in Sacramento.  We will then proceed south on Highway 99 to Bakersfield, then east on Highway 58 to Barstow.  After stopping in Barstow for fuel, we’ll head east on I-40 and stop for the night in Kingman, AZ., about 650 miles (some members may continue on into Tucson).  Anyway, Saturday morning we’ll leave Kingman and continue on I-40 to Flagstaff, then head south on I-17 to I-10 and proceed to Tucson.  The total distance is 1,015 miles.

Chapter members in So-Cal can choose to meet at the Capitol building and begin your ride there, or, meet-up with the group in Kingman, or simply meet everyone in Tucson.  Either way, this would be a great opportunity to incorporate a 500-mile IRON AZZ Ride for STAR Family Foundation.
